The brief

Where Sibiraja started

Sibiraja Nagai Maligai has been a trusted jewellery showroom on Main Road, Kangeyam for 25 years, known for premium gold designs, diamond creations and silver collections, with a strong following for bridal and temple jewellery.

The reputation was real, but the brand had not kept up with it, and the showroom needed an identity and an online presence that looked as established as it is.

The goal: give the showroom an identity that matches 25 years of trust, carry it across every touchpoint, and use Meta to bring wedding families and festive buyers from Kangeyam and the surrounding towns into the store.

What we did

Brand, social and ads, under one roof

Branding

Rebrand and new logo

A new logo and identity system that keeps the heritage of the name and reads as premium on a phone screen and a shop sign alike. Logo design · Brand identity

  • New logo, colours and typography
  • Brand guidelines for the showroom team
Social media

Instagram and Facebook feed

A consistent, branded feed that shows the jewellery up close and makes it easy to visit or message the store. Social media marketing

  • Product posts for temple, bridal, rose gold, diamond and ruby pieces
  • Every post signed off with the address and a “DM us / visit our store” call
Meta ads

Paid campaigns

Instagram and Facebook campaigns targeted around the Kangeyam showroom, built to start conversations rather than just collect likes. Meta ads

  • Click-to-WhatsApp and Instagram DM campaigns
  • Reach for launches, retargeting for engaged viewers
Optimisation

Reporting and follow-up

Weekly reviews of creative and audience performance, with every enquiry passed to the showroom team to follow up.

  • A/B tests on creatives, hooks and audiences
  • Monthly reports tying enquiries to store visits

The rebrand

A new face for a 25-year name

We started with the logo. The new mark pairs a gold peacock, a classic motif of South Indian temple jewellery, with a bold Tamil wordmark, giving Sibiraja a premium, traditional feel that suits bridal and temple jewellery and holds up as an Instagram profile picture.

New Sibiraja Nagai Maligai logo: a gold peacock above the Tamil wordmark
  • A gold peacock emblem above a bold Tamil wordmark
  • Designed to read clearly as a profile picture and on the shop sign
  • Rolled out across the feed and ad creatives

The identity then rolled out across the feed, ad creatives and the showroom, so a customer who sees an ad recognises the same brand when they walk in.

Campaign spotlight

“Mobile or Jewellery? You Choose!”

Instead of a discount, this campaign compared a ₹4.5 lakh budget with two jewellery combos: an elegant set with necklace, studs and a daily-wear bangle, or an everyday set with neck set, kammal, kada and ring. Viewers commented 1 or 2, and every comment became a conversation the showroom could follow up.

Comment 1 or 2Each comment opened a conversation for the showroom team

The same idea of a clear story per post carried through the rest of the calendar, including the Dhyara collection for Golden Thiruvizha, “Crafted for Legacies”.

How it ran

The approach

  1. Understand the showroomStudied Sibiraja’s 25 years in Kangeyam, its bestselling bridal and temple pieces, and who buys: wedding families, festive shoppers and loyal locals.
  2. RebrandDesigned the new logo and identity, then applied it to the feed, ad templates and showroom touchpoints.
  3. Build the feedPlanned a monthly content calendar of product posts, Reels and festival creatives in one consistent look.
  4. Run and optimise adsLaunched Meta campaigns around the showroom, moved budget to the best creatives every week, and tracked enquiries through to sales.
